BELLA SCHNALL, Of Counsel

ATTORNEY PROFILE

Attorney Bella Schnall has extensive trial and litigation experience in the areas of civil litigation with specialization in the area of family law and domestic relations. Ms. Schnall handles a wide range of matters including divorce, child support and child custody cases as well as drafting of pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She has worked in the field of domestic relations for over 30 years.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Schnall taught at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, serving as a Clinical Supervisor and Lecturer from 1982-1987. She was staff attorney at both Western Massachusetts Legal Services and Community Legal Services in Philadelphia. Ms. Schnall was Adjunct Professor of Law at Western New England School of Law and an instructor in civil litigation skills at the National Institute of Trial Attorneys.

Ms. Schnall currently serves on the Board of Directors for Family Planning Counsel of Southeastern Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program (“Philly VIP”). Founded in 1981, Philadelphia VIP provides legal services for low-income residents and families facing civil legal problems that threaten their basic human needs – shelter, employment, financial stability, education and health. She has also received the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program’s “30 for 30” award in recognition of her pro bono service.
