Philadelphia, PA – May 24, 2016: Greenblatt, Pierce, Engle, Funt & Flores, LLC (GPFF), is pleased to announce that James A. Funt has been selected to the 2016 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list in the area of Criminal Defense.
Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are named the Super Lawyers list.

These cases range from complex homicides to kidnappings, aggravated assaults, robberies, sexual assaults, state and federal drug cases, and white collar crimes including sexual-cyber-crimes in both adult and Juvenile court. He has also tried numerous civil rights cases alleging claims of excessive force and wrongful arrest, and has successfully represented clients in employment discrimination cases such as age, race, gender, whistle blowing and sexual orientation claims.
