Richard T. Bobbe III is a trial attorney at Greenblatt, Pierce, Funt and Flores, LLC (GPFF) with nearly two decades of experience. Mr. Bobbe has tried virtually every variety of criminal case from drug possession to homicide and has successfully represented people in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Bobbe began his career in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, under Lynne Abraham, where he successfully prosecuted thousands of cases. Mr. Bobbe then worked at a civil law firm, where he handled professional malpractice (legal and medical), fraud investigations, defense of personal injury cases from inception through trial.
Mr. Bobbe handles criminal and civil matters for the firm in our Pennsylvania and New Jersey offices, and heads up the firm’s DUI/DWI and Traffic Court practice. He litigates cases in both state and federal court.
Mr. Bobbe currently serves on the Executive Board of the Philadelphia Chapter Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL) and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia District Attorney Alumni Association. Mr. Bobbe also serves on the Board of Directors of the Dickinson School of Law Alumni Society. Mr. Bobbe earned his law degree in 1999 from Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, where he was President of the SBA and served on the Board of Trustees, and was a founding member of the Dickinson Rugby Football Club. Mr. Bobbe received his undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 1994.
